When you were younger, did you drink Ginger Ale when you were sick?
Maybe you were told it was because the ginger would help you.
Or you were told that more fluids help your cold.
Let’s look at the nutrition facts:
As I look on the back…
… I don’t see a thing.
All I see is carbonated water, sugar and more sugar.
This is probably making your cold worse and will probably give you diabetes.
So let’s look at real ginger and other things that will make your cold get better:
Real ginger is going to work really well chopped in some hot water as ginger tea.
That’s way better than soda.
