The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released guidance on how to safely reopen schools that were closed to slow the spread of COVID-19. The voluntary recommendations touch on everything from wearing masks to easing crowding in buses and classrooms. They also call on schools to work with local health officials to trace and contain transmission of the coronavirus.
