In a Road Traffic Accident, some one may someone receives injuries and he may lodges an FIR against the person who was driving the vehicle. Usually, in Road Traffic Accident (RTA), usually offence under section 279, 337-G, 320 PPC are added in FIR. These all offences are bailable.
