Road Traffic Accident Law – 337-G – 320 PPC – Reasons for not registering FIR
injuries July 31st. 2023, 1:52pmIn a Road Traffic Accident, some one may someone receives injuries and he may lodges an FIR against the person who was driving the vehicle. Usually, in Road Traffic Accident (RTA), usually offence under section 279, 337-G, 320 PPC are added in FIR. These all offences are bailable. In this video, I have tried to explain that if such situation happens, it is recommended not to report to police however, in some cases, the police may be reported. See this video for more info.
